Janelle Mousley - Office Manager

Janelle is our most recent recruit, replacing our long serving Office Manager, Allison Whitcross who retired in April 2007. As our Office Manager, Janelle provides a wide range of support to all staff with regard to client liaison, financial management and invoicing, stock control and ordering, project tracking, and document and information management. Janelle brings to her work extensive skills in administration and management, and is an asset to the team.

Lenore Hardy - Administrative Assistant

Lenore has joined Twyford Consuting recently to provide much needed support and assistance in the organisation of office functions and delivery of services to clients. In 2007 Lenore successfully completed her HSC, and achieved an outstanding result. Lenore is often the first point of contact for clients who call our office, and she brings energy, committment to learning, and a youthful enthusiasm to all she does.

 

Michelle Balchin - Project Officer

Michelle Balchin - Specialist in client liaison and training program administrationMichelle brings to the team a broad base of work experience having worked in the Engineering, Banking, Human Resources, Property Management and Medical fields.

As a Project Officer, Michelle's responsibilities include project and administrative support, course arrangement and management and client liaison. In particular, Michelle has responsibility for organising and managing all the arrangements concered with our IAP2 training programs in community engagement.
