We do not expect you to have well-developed skills in all our work areas, but having solid senior level experience in at least two of the following would be an advantage.
- Community consultation/public participation
- Program and project evaluation (participatory evaluation)
- Action learning/research
- Social planning/community capacity building
- Business improvement such as:
- Leadership development
- Change management
- Organisation capacity building
- Facilitation, mediation and conflict management
